Hastings Photo Walk

Instagram

I’ve recently spent a few early mornings driving an hour or so to photograph wild flowers in the woodlands. It was a joy to then come across this patch of cows parsley on Saturday in Lewes during the photo walk, so close to home and equal in it
Hey all. I hope you like this last set of pics all taken between Birling Gap and just past the lighthouse. Last push to get a few more to join me this Sunday to walk this glorious route along the coast before a stunning sunset finale on the beach. 5
I’m not sure I’ve mentioned that I’ve got a couple of workshops lined up this weekend (I most definitely have). Also lots of additional dates now added to my website, including a new Cuckmere River route. You can find tons of new im
Morning all, I hope you’re enjoying the long weekend. I’ve got quite a lot of new content to share with you over the next week or so. Mostly of woods, forests and clumps of trees. This was from a visit to a Wildhams wood early last week a
Hey you wonderful bunch. I’m running two photography walks next weekend. One of them in Lewes and the other along the coast from Birling Gap - Beachy Head lighthouse along the cliff tops. This walk is one my absolute favourites and packed with
Here are a few recent pics from Abbotts Wood. A woodland that feels like an old friend, as I’ve visited so many times. A little poem too that I wrote while I was there one morning. I hope you like it. “Who knew what the hue of violet an
One of my favourite photography walks of this year was certainly last Friday along the Cuckmere River. I was running a one-to-one photography session at the time and we were blessed with wonderful conditions and a super low tide. Such a delight to be
Morning all, so amazed to have reached 6000 followers. Thanks for all the support and comments. Here are a few new pics from the woods yesterday. So lovely to have all the wood anemones mixed with the first of the bluebells. Let me know if you have a
The conditions for Sundays photography workshop at Birling Gap were truly perfect. The wind was calm, the sun was warm and the sky performed for the finale. Such a lovely group of people too. Here are a few of mine from the outing. #birlinggap #birli

  • Hello and welcome. I’m a full-time freelance photographer based in Sussex with over 10 years of professional experience. My services include event photography, interior photography, portraits, and photography tuition. Additionally, I have a passion for capturing the stunning Sussex landscape.

I prioritize using natural light and often venture onto the South Downs at dawn to achieve the best results. I also enjoy photographing during unusual weather conditions. My artistic focus is on bold colours, emotional expressions, interesting textures and lines, movement, and creating unique images.
