The photographer James Ratchford will capture your event to the best of his abilities. He shall take an unlimited number of photographs which will be delivered via an online personal gallery and on a USB stick within three weeks of the event. If time allows James will also send over a handful of highlight shots within 48 hours for you to share with attendees and online connections.
James Ratchford gives you permission to print and share the photographs to your heart's content, however, he retains full copyright to the images and does not permit resale of any of the imagery without further discussion.
As of yet, James has never had to cancel a shoot, however, if a personal incident occurs that prevents the photographer from being present, a full refund will be provided and where possible another professional photographer will be suggested to take his place.
