Sussex Towns and Villages

Here are a collection of photographs that I have taken from in and a couple from the outskirts of Sussex. My go-to towns are Rye, Hastings, Arundel and Lewes for their cobbled streets and timeless quarters. For beachfront promenades and unique architecture, I head to Eastbourne and Brighton, where the starlings display through the winter. For quaint villages, my favourites are Alfriston, Petworth, Midhurst and Ditchling.

I love that many of these places have beautiful rivers running through them and stretch uphill with a labyrinth of alleyways and viewpoints over the South Downs and to the sea.
