Landscape Photography Workshop, Birling Gap, 21st April 2024, Sussex

  • Birling Gap Visitor Centre England, BN20 0AA United Kingdom (map)

Firstly we’ll park at the Birling Gap visitor Centre and meet by the cafe benches outside.

During the workshop I’ll cover a number of basics such as composition, rule of thirds and subject matter, things to look out for that might add interest to an image as-well-as aperture and shutter speed.

We’ll walk along the clifftops over to Bell Tout lighthouse with stunning scenery on all sides. Then onwards to Beachy Head Lighthouse. An extremely beautiful location taking in the epic cliffs and seascape.

On our return we will go a slightly different route to take in a few alternate views.

Once back at Birling Gap, We’ll head down onto the beach for a glorious sunset.

Things to bring

Camera, sturdy walking shoes, water/flask with tea, fruit/choc, a light tripod if you have one, spare batteries if you have them, warm clothing hat/gloves.
